主要研究方向?yàn)楣鈱W(xué)傳感新原理、新方法。
光學(xué)傳感新原理、新方法。主要興趣為:基于金屬納米材料光譜(熒光、局域表面等離子體共振吸收/散射)的生物傳感,以及生物大分子與小分子的相互作用。 具有納米層間結(jié)構(gòu)固定相的合成、酶及其他分子的固定化及其應(yīng)用于分離以及光學(xué)傳感器的研究等。生物大分子(蛋白質(zhì),核酸,糖類物質(zhì)等)與小分子的超分子作用及其在生物大分子測(cè)定方面的應(yīng)用研究。 口腔保健產(chǎn)品臨床功能的實(shí)驗(yàn)室評(píng)價(jià)方法的建立及實(shí)施,如牙膏和潔牙劑的摩擦力及物理和化學(xué)清潔力的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立和評(píng)價(jià),與齲齒病相關(guān)的牙釉質(zhì)脫礦和再礦化程度的定量測(cè)定方法的建立等。臨床數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)處理。
